Very challenging pano this - the sun hadn't even risen when this was taken, and as you can see, it was a very hazy day.

Shot with a 200mm lens.

I'm pretty please with the way it turned out, even if the resolution/quality isn't quite good enough to be able to recognise everyone!

Haven't posted much in a while because my computer has been working on a panorama for three weeks. Without actually succeeding.

Which, naturally, is a bit of a PITA. So I've decided to give it a break and just chuck up a few of the photos that I am now catching up with processing.

Shot this for the Gizmodo rule of thirds competition. I may actually go and re-shoot it at sunset though as the light will be a lot more interesting then.

17mm TS-E shifted diagonally to place the horizon on the bottom horizontal third, and the Burj Khalifa axis on the right third. The Burj just fits in the frame :)
